APPLICATION PROCESS

• Step One-Submit Online Application form with at least two course selections.
  • Application here
• Step Two-Print and fill out (with parent/guardian signatures) the following 4 forms:
  • Waiver of Liability
  • Emergency Contact Card
  • Photo Release
  • Education Study Consent forms

The application deadline for the Winter 2010 session of the School for Scientific Thought is:
Friday, January 22, 2010.

 All Forms must be turned in no later than 9:45 am on Saturday, January 30, 2010.

We will confirm the receipt of your application via email within 5 working days.
