APPLICATION PROCESS

• Step One-Submit Online Application form with at least two course selections.
  • Application here
• Step Two-Print and fill out (with parent/guardian signatures) the following 4 forms:
  • Waiver of Liability
  • Emergency Contact Card
  • Photo Release
  • Education Study Consent forms

The application deadline for the Fall 2010 session of the School for Scientific Thought has been extended and the application is now due Friday, September 17, 2010 by 12:00pm (noon.)

 All printed Forms must be turned in no later than 9:45 am on Saturday, September 25, 2010.

We will confirm the receipt of your application via email within 5 working days.
