Science Clubs

LEAPS currently offers after school science clubs at five school sites. These clubs provide opportunities for students to have contact with positive, scientist role models and mentors from UCSB, while increasing their understanding in science through hands-on experiences. The clubs meet weekly through out the academic year.

The elementary clubs are funded by the Norris Foundation and the junior high level clubs are funded by the Santa Barbara Foundation Ofalea Teen After School Program.
