Applying for LEAPS Fellowships

Deadline: March 28, 2008 for the 2008-2009 academic year

All applicants must submit the following:

  1. A completed application form
 
  • Download the Graduate Student Application in Word format.
  • Download the Undergraduate Student Application in Word format.
  1. A letter of recommendation from your faculty advisor if you are a graduate student, or a professor of your choice if you are an undergraduate student.
 
  • Download the Letter of Recommendation Form in Word format.
  1. A current resume
  1. An unofficial transcript (undergraduate applicants only)
  2. Letter for your Graduate Advisor explaining the LEAPS program. Word
